So, the only way to find out, is to talk things out, ask your husband what is on his mind and assure him that he can talk with you and that you care for him. I dont think that should be hard after 18 years of marriage. If he is going through a mid-life crisis, make him understand that he can count on you, or you can overcome this crisis together. I have asked him to come home alot and still says he needs more time. I just feel he is having cake and eating it to, but it kills me when we don't talk. When I go to my son's baseball games he will come up to me and talk like there isn't a thing wrong. We have two children a sixteen year old and a 12 year old. He says he still loves me he say he thinks he is going through a mid life crisis he is 41 will be 42 in June. I just don't know what to do, I still love him like the day I married him. I'm so depressed all the time which isn't good for my kids but I truly can't help it.
