@sweetie1261: Jimmy Ruffin never sang with the Temptations; his younger brother David did. Also, the Temptations never had one lead singer. They all sang lead at some point. That was part of the Temptations appeal. Besides that, Otis Williams wouldn’t allow the idea of a lead singer because it meant that he truly was just backup; HIS ego wouldn’t allow that, ironically.

It really is an American “sickness”. This quest for thinness is taken to the extreme. (not just America though) Take a look at the bulemic and anorexic results of this “sickness”. AND the total disrespect shown people who don’t fit this “standard”. That’s really SICKNESS!
