I applied for my wife to come here. After eight years of long wait, her papers came through and she just came two days ago. Today, i found out that she’s cheating on me and has a bf in india. She’s waiting to get her resident card and then leave me. How can I get her deported? Or how can stop the process so she doesn’t get a resident card?

You should have married a girl from the United States instead. Oh wait, you can’t control them like a wife from another country. Looks like you couldn’t control this one either. Married two days, and she already cheated on you. Way to go killer.

wow!!! sorry to hear that. I think you may want to talk to whoever you need to get her papers from. I am sure there are steps you can take with them about what she has been doing. I know for sure that there has been a lot of people used for the same thing I am just not sure of all the steps they took.

report into the USINS right away! get yourself a lawyer if you have to and keep all evidences as supporting material. Including any phone calls, notes in your own journal, e-mails, pictures.

Immediately file for divorce! She will be unable to get her visa. She won’t get any of your money. And the sooner the courts see what she is doing they will deport themselves.
Tell Immigration the two of you had a deal for a Green Card Marriage and that she isn’t keeping her part of the contract.
Don’t sign her papers for citizenship. If you already have there is nothing you can do. why do you think many overseas Beautiful women marry some guy you know she doesn’t like. They wanna be in america. That is why it is so hard to get citizenship for them, im sure you had to visit her first and prove to a goverment employee you 2 were really in love.
if you call the place you got her papers from and tell them you believe she married you just to get citizenship and you want no part in it they should come for her if that doesn’t work tell them she is a terrorist they will came get her for sure then

sorry but it sounds like it is too late. You could try to divorce her OR apply for an annullment for fraud saying that she used you to become a US citizen.

When are you guys going to learn that those women in different countries will marry anyone to get over here. My bother is going through it now he is so heart broken. He married a girl from Philippines he really thought she loved him he went through hell to get her over here it tool a year from the day they were married over there. Well they finally let her move to the states with my bother and everything was fine up until she got her citizenship papers. She left my bother saying she wasn’t happy she needed to be on her own she had the whole thing planned before she even met my bother. Tell immigrations what she is up to and tell them she had the whole thing planned right from the start to leave you.
File for divorce and she will go back. Even if you are married to a US citizen and come over you still have a waiting period. Divorce her an she will go back.

Listen, if you tell immigration about her, I think they will be on her neck, collar, elbow and arm to chuck her out. You got everything on your side. But you need to be firm in your decision. Lack of it will make your decision wobble. If your are sure, you got the governemtn to help you for sure.
