After such a long relationship, you might feel as though you've lost yourself a bit. If this is the case, dedicate all your time to yourself. Of course, it all depends on what make you happy. If you'd rather be alone with your thoughts for a while, then do it. If being with family and friends helps you feel better, spend time with them. My advice is to do something completely for yourself. Take up a new hobby. This can help to fill a void and let you find yourself again.
